Our high intensity, high energy sessions are built to enhance individual development, tailored to challenge and inspire each player to reach their full potential.
Off the Pitch
Development continues beyond the pitch with personalised Player Development Plans, targeting specific areas for growth. Players also gain access to our exclusive EDFA training library via the 360 App, allowing them to review and prepare for sessions ahead of time, a true professional approach to learning.

At 3FC we have been looking for a pathway for our players of the right standard to progress into professional football. We are excited to announce that Bradford City academy have provided us with this opportunity.

Both 3FC and Bradford City academies are focused on Individual player development and we believe Bradford City is the right professional academy for our 3FC players to develop and progress.
As a Bradford based academy and the majority of our sessions running within the area, we will have strong links with the academy recruitment team at Bradford City.

With the high level of individual coaching on offer at 3FC, George and Sam are confident that they can develop and get their 3FC players to the academy level, giving them a potential opportunity to make their way in professional football.

Our coaching philosophy centres on creating an elite pathway that prepares players for senior football. The U23s play an essential role in bridging the gap between youth development and first-team demands, and we work to ensure that every training session, match, and off-pitch requirement aligns with the behaviours expected at the top level. High standards technically, tactically, physically, and mentally are non-negotiable, and we aim to instil habits that support long-term success.
A key part of our vision is strengthening the pathway for players progressing through EDFA. We take great pride in offering talented individuals from our EDFA programme a genuine opportunity to transition into the U23 setup, with clear guidance, tailored development plans, and exposure to a more competitive environment. Our objective is to ensure that players who excel within EDFA have a structured, supportive, and challenging route into higher-level football, with the ultimate aim of feeding into Albion Sports’ senior squad.
